Restaurant café Bar
Fully Licensed and BYO (Wine Only) Alhambra Restaurant and Bar caters for both small groups and larger parties - up to 80 guests seated and 120 guests for cocktail style parties. The restaurant has superb views over the city towards the harbour. At night the lights of the city are spectacular. This splendid backdrop enhances the relaxed ambience of the restaurant. The service is friendly and personal. Because of the excellent accoustics, live music is a feature of the restaurant with musicians playing on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings. Other evenings are by arrangement.
MENUS
The Chefs use only the best available NZ produce. The food is presented in a modern NZ style with Mediterranean and Spanish influences.
A selection of fixed price menus are available for group bookings ranging from $30.00 per person to $42.00 per person. All menus are gst inclusive.
For group bookings if you require something different to the menus offered please don’t hesitate to ask as we realize that every function or party has different requirements.
TAPAS AND BAR FOOD
Priced from $3.00 per item. Platters are available from $24.00 each (serving 3-4 people) or more substantial cocktail food is available from $12.00 per person. This is served in the Bar area unless the booking is for a private booking in the restaurant.
BEVERAGES
Alhambra offers an extensive list of Cocktails, Aged NZ Varietal Wines and Local and Imported Beer as well as spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
CAR PARKING The Restaurant has it’s own off street car park. To access the car park, turn into Margaret Street at the top of College Hill by “Colenso House”. The car park is at the end of Margaret Street on the right. From there guests can walk up and into the Restaurant.
TAKE OUT AND DELIVERY SERVICE
Alhambra Restaurant offers a “take out” and delivery service. All thoses meals with a number in brakets on the left hand side can be ordered. For deliveries phone: 360-5085

There is a $3.00 delivery charge. Deliveries are from 5.30pm to 9.30pm, 7 days.
Delivery areas are: Central City, Newton, Mt Eden, Mt Albert, Arch Hill, Eden Terrace, Westmere, Newmarket, Sandringham, Herne Bay, Grey Lynn, Epsom, Parnell.
